can use the convenience of the Internet to manage your appointments
online.
Here, you can schedule an new appointment, reschedule
an existing appointment or confirm a tentative appointment, 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week.
To manage an appointment online you
will need to

your name, phone number, e-mail address and the last four digits of
your Social Security number.
3.) Select the type of appointment
you want, a comprehensive annual exam, a contact lens exam, or a
brief office visit.
