What information do I need to apply online?

After you apply on-line, we will obtain and verify information that identifies you as a new account holder. We’ll use your name, address date of birth and other information for this purpose.

Are there any pre-payment penalties with CareCredit?

I already have a CareCredit account, can I use it again?

Yes, you can use your CareCredit account over and over. As long as you have the available credit on your account, you can use your card for ongoing or new treatments and procedures, without reapplying.

Can I use my CareCredit account for family members?

Yes. You can use your account for anyone (i.e., spouse, family member, children, etc. …) However, you should remember that you should be present to use your card even if the treatment is for another individual. You will also be responsible for making the payments on your account even if you use it for another person.
